Your shoes are crafted from two or more of the materials below:
– Fabric: clean with a brush or a soft, slightly damp cloth.
– Suede leather or nubuck: to maintain the velvety look of the leather, clean it gently with a soft brush. Surface stains may be removed with a crepe brush.
– Smooth or grained leather: clean with a soft, damp cloth. When the leather is dry, apply a quality colorless cream and polish in circular motions with a soft cloth.
– Glazed leather: clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then polish with a soft, dry cloth.
– Metallic leather: clean with a soft, dry cloth.
– Exotic leather: clean with a soft, dry cloth, then apply a quality colorless cream, working very gently in the direction of the scales, to nourish the leather and maintain its suppleness.
Keep your shoes in the felt pouch provided and store them in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
Avoid contact with water, any substance containing alcohol (perfumes, solvents etc.) or oil (makeup), and abrasive products in general.
It is important to allow your sneakers to air manually, and to this end they possess a removable insock. If your sneakers become wet, simply remove the insock and leave them to dry in a cool, well-ventilated place. This will ensure additional comfort when they are next worn.
Delivery & Returns
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal with a valid billing address and United States shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard.
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

- Delivery Timing: Orders placed between 12pm ET on Sunday and 3pm ET on Friday should arrive the following Saturday. If an order is placed after these times, it will be processed the following business day. Cutoff times may vary slightly depending on sourcing location.

NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY

CARBON EFFICIENT DELIVERY
- This delivery option has less carbon emissions than Air Delivery (on average for US mainland shipments).
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders
- Delivery Timing: 1-5 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
- Exceptions:
- If a Carbon Efficient Delivery order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday

- Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Next Business Day Delivery
PERSONALIZED SNEAKERS
- Fee: Complimentary Carbon Efficient Delivery
- Delivery Timing: Please allow up to 8 weeks for personalized calf leather sneakers and 14 weeks for personalized exotic leather sneakers for delivery from the time you receive the order confirmation email
- Exceptions: Next Business Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery are not available. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
FRAGRANCE ENGRAVING
Please allow an additional day of processing for all bottle engraving orders.
ALASKA AND HAWAII DELIVERY
If you select Carbon Efficient Delivery, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. However, remote addresses may require additional delivery time. For expedited delivery, we recommend that you select Next Business Day Delivery.
COLLECT-IN-STORE
Have your order delivered to the store of your choice within 1 business day, now available in select Louis Vuitton stores.

- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
- Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
- Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
